Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward emails from one mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail box you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
